Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses AI Autofunnel. By signing in or buying a plan you agree to them, on behalf of the business you represent. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for that business.

Who provides the service

AI Autofunnel is offered to you by your provider, named at the bottom of this page ("we"), who is your point of contact for the account, plan and billing.

The service

AI Autofunnel lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business number and use a shared inbox, contacts, campaigns, automations, forms and a sales pipeline. WhatsApp itself is provided by Meta; Meta's own terms and policies (including the WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy) also apply to every message, and Meta alone decides about a number's quality, limits and restrictions.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your login.
• Give correct business and contact details and keep them up to date.
• The owner of a business account decides who on the team gets access and is responsible for their use.
• Connecting a WhatsApp number means you have the right to use that number and that WhatsApp Business Account for the business.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who agreed to hear from your business (opt-in), and stop when they ask.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and the law that applies to your business, including India's data-protection and telemarketing rules.
• No spam, fraud, illegal goods or services, hateful or abusive content, or anything that harms other people.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, and do not resell access without a partner agreement.

An account that breaks these rules can be paused or closed, and we may inform Meta where its policies require it.

Plans and payments

• The service is offered on plans with limits. Your provider tells you the price and the renewal date; prices exclude GST unless stated.
• Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and do not renew by themselves. An account that is not renewed on time can be paused until the renewal is paid.
• WhatsApp message charges are set and billed by Meta directly to your own Meta account. AI features use your own AI provider account and key, billed by that provider.
• Amounts already paid are not refunded, except for a mistaken or double charge as agreed with your provider, or where the law says otherwise.

Your data

The contacts, messages and other content a business puts into its account stay that business's own. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can have your data deleted as described on the data deletion page.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on other services too (WhatsApp, hosting, networks) and can be interrupted. The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, or for actions taken by Meta on a WhatsApp number. Our total responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time by not renewing or by asking for your account to be closed. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service with 30 days' notice, in which case unused prepaid time is refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Both sides will first try to settle any dispute by talking to each other.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
